Our compensation plan is designed to put money in your purse every time a customer buys jewelry because of your efforts.
There are two kinds of sale:
Personal Retail Volume (PRV)
These are sales that result from your direct interaction with customers
(and your own purchases)
Group Retail Volume (GRV)
These are sales produced by Artists that you have enrolled as members of your team.
You earn commissions on both PRV and GRV, and the commission rises as your volume increases. We call this your High Volume Producer Bonus (HVP). It starts at 20% and rises to a fabulous 40%! Take a look at our Commission Plan to see how your income grows.
